KENDO America in London.

As part of my trip to Russia, my wife and I spent 3 days in London.  We had a good time sightseeing and I got in a couple practices.  Holt Sensei was kind enough to welcome us to practice at the Mumeishi Kendo Dojo.  I got to renew an old acquaintance with Geoff Salmon Sensei.  We first met in 1979 in Osaka during my first trip to Japan.

We attended practice on Tuesday night.   Unfortunately Sunday is the big practice day and I was not able to go since I was in Russia.   Still we had a good time and I had a great practice with Holt and Salmon Sensei.   If you go to London I would recommend you stop in and visit Mumeishi.  Holt Sensei was also kind enough to let me stay with him on my return from Russia.   We of course sat around and talked about Kendo and watched video of the Russian Championships.  In the morning before my departure he drove me out to see Windsor Castle.  However, the Queen was not in so I couldn't stop by for tea.

Here's a few pictures. I'll be adding some more.
